Testing Kits such as 23 and Me and AncestryDNA can be bought online or in some stores.

Once you have activated your kit and sent in your saliva sample, it will take about 4-6 weeks for results to arrive via email. You will then be given the option to download the report. Download it to your computer, you will need it for the next step.
Dr. Sprecher prefers the raw genetic data found in NutraHacker and Strategene. NutraHacker provides a list of your genes, while StrateGene offers a picture. Both are extremely difficult for people to understand but, when interpreted by Dr. Sprecher, provide a lot of information on your genetic strengths and weaknesses and how you are best supported nutritionally.

Another option, if you prefer, is to complete the 23 and Me or Ancestry test and leave the rest to us. We are able to generate reports through PureGenomics. The PureGenomics report is free, but we charge a $40 service fee which includes creating the report and printing out two color copies. If you are interested in this option, contact [email protected].
All sites should provide clickable prompts to guide you through the process. If you have any questions, call us here at the office at (440)338-6344.
